There could be a whole book dedicated to LOS Deurne, but I will try to keep this brief. I have visited around 30 schools and learning communities around the world deliberately searching for a humanising education – education that opens hearts and minds so we can recreate ourselves, our relationships and the world we live in. The people at LOS are some of the most beautifully kind and sensitive people I have ever met and what they have created already (and are recreating every day) is real magic. Let this be a model of inspiration of what education can be – an education to heal ourselves, heal the world and discover authentic expression.

LOS is a wonderful example of how sociocracy can be practiced as a transformative power that runs at the core of the community.

I have only been here at LOS for a few days I feel like staying forever!
